AESA accepts limited sponsorships of its annual events
These events give the sponsor a great opportunity to meet CEOs of Educational Service Agencies (ESAs) and their leadership teams for meaningful contact development.

Summer Leadership Conference
Description of meeting
Held annually in July, the two-day Summer Leadership Conference is attended by approximately 125-200 CEOs of ESAs and the key staff members that the CEO invites. The event includes a networking reception, a day and a half of high-quality professional development, and lunches and dinners for participants. Participants in AESA's Executives-in-Residence program are also invited.

Two complimentary registrations for representatives of the sponsor;
Participation in the conference as regular attendees;
An opportunity to introduce the company at a meal or social event (based upon sponsorship agreement);

Educators' Call to Action Conference
Description of meeting
Approximately 70 + highly engaged ESA leaders attend this annual event, held the last week of September in Washington DC. There are no exhibits. This event features speakers, updates on federal legislation and face-to-face meetings with members of Congress.

Dinner with the Executive Council
Three opportunities per year are available.
Spring Executive Council Dinner (Annually in March/April, includes new and existing executive council members).
Summer Leadership Conference Executive Council Dinner (Annually in July, preceding the Summer Leadership Conference).
Annual Conference Executive Council Dinner (annually November, in conjunction with Annual Conference).
AESA’s Executive Council meets several times per year face-to-face to plan for AESA’s future. Sponsors join the executive council at one evening’s dinner where they are provided an opportunity to introduce your business and its value to ESAs.
