During this five-part series of virtual meetings, Dr. Campbell, CEO of The Scholar First, will guide an ESA virtual leadership series where she will coach ESA leaders on how to provide professional learning for district and school leaders focused on:

• Creating student-centered systems and structures that strengthen belonging and remove barriers while elevating and responding to student's voices.
• Providing an opportunity for leaders to consider the idea that leadership and equity are one in the same.
• Laying out concrete next steps and reflection for participants on where they are along the continuum of creating student-centered systems where  student outcomes are not predictable based on race, class, and other exceptionalities.

• Individual: $1,500 per person
• 2-4 registrations: $1,350 per person
• 5+ registrations: $1,200 per person

About Dr. Campbell

During her tenure as superintendent of Federal Way Public Schools (FWPS), Oregon, Dr. Tammy Campbell led the district in achieving statewide recognition and hitting milestones identified within the district strategic plan.  As a systems- thinker, she expanded the reach of her impact and founded The Scholar First Inc., in 2021. In this professional learning series, she will share her expertise gained from scholarship and real-life achievements with our ESA leaders and the superintendents from their region.
